Since 1977, RS Asphalt Maintenance has been providing its customers with professional, yet very affordable, commercial and residental driveway and parking lot maintenance throughout central Pennsylvania.
Casey Greinermiller (President)
Casey began working for RS Asphalt Maintenance in 2002 as a summer job between semesters at Kutztown University. Over the next two years he worked his way up to crew leader, and upon graduation in 2004, was promoted to foreman. In 2006 he was promoted to project manager in addition to foreman. In January 2015, Casey purchased RS Asphalt Maintenance and is now the president. Aside from his college education, Casey has a Commercial Driver’s License with HazMat and Tanker endorsements. He is also certified by the Propane Research and Education Council for the practices and principles of propane. You will find him on every job site supervising and ensuring that the job is done right.
Gail Frey (Office Manager)
Our office manager, Gail Frey, has been with RS Asphalt Maintenance, Inc since 1989; prior to that she worked for the Federal government as a computer operator. She is responsible for scheduling, writing work proposals, and billing. Gail continues to improve the work flow of the office by taking college classes. She is an essential part of RS Asphalt Maintenance

There are two processes RS Asphalt Maintenance uses to repair pot-holes: “cold patch” and “hot patch”.
